Handles & Shelves << Back | Home | Next >> Finally, something usable. Spent Saturday installing handles, which is not as easy as it appears. All must be level (on the cabinets) and aligned (on the drawers) and there's only one bite at the apple. Holes drilled cannot be undrilled The dimensions of the main desk area are more or less the same as it's forebearer so upon disassembly and rendering the twenty year old Ikea desk was returned to it's brethren; at least temporarily.  They're happy.  They nestle like puppies. Handles At Last Shelves installed.  As further evidence of my OCD, they're all aligned for no other reason other than it looks good in the photo. The Innards Compare below to this. Back to Normal Spend most of Sunday and half of Christmas day moving the crap from the living room back to the new desk system, after carefully culling the herd.   Crown, valence and lightening to come.
